Third-Floor Corridor - Fluffy

Whokay. So I was on Pottermore and for some reason it wasn't accepting my previous picture of 'Fluffy' the three-headed dog. There were tons of other pictures of Fluffy in the gallery, my image was the correct format/size etc. I wondered whether it was because I gave the previous Fluffy doberman markings, but there were some other Fluffies with Doberman markings in the gallery along with a bright blue Fluffy so I didn't think colour could be the issue. I went back to my original and wrote 'Fluffy' next to the image, then they accepted it. But through all that faff I realised that my first Fluffy image is actually my most popular, and I never liked it anyway....So I thought it was time to draw an updated version Oh look, he's standing on the trapdoor I wrote Fluffy next to it this time just to be safe I wannit on Pottermore D:

Hmn, still not totally happy with this, by far it's not my best, but it's better than my last one, right? I went through SIX pencils doing this. I have no pencils left. I am now officially sad. The lineart is VERY scruffy on this, so please don't pick that up, after all, this was just a doodle for fun- nothing serious....(they never are )

I'd like to hear what you guys think of it, though, I'll be accepting Critiques, but nothing too heavy as this isn't a serious picture and I know there's a lot wrong with it that I already see. It's less what's wrong with it that I want to know, I'd rather have some tips and stuff on this one, thanks. (I doubt everybody who critiques will read this, though.)
